  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup white cheddar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • pinch paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp course kosher salt/sea salt
  • 1/3 stick buttetButter
  • pinch coriander
  • pinch cumin

Directions

    Cut into large florets then add to boiling water add a pinch of salt to the water.

    Boil for about 10 min or until tender

    Drain the liquid and add the butter and seasonings the mash up to a rough choppy mash
  4. 4
    Put into a baking dish and top with the cheese and paprika then bake at 325F oven for 15 min
