- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Cook whole cauliflower in small amount of boiling, salted water, covered, until tender, about 20 minutes.

2Finely chop egg. Heat butter until lightly browned; stir in crumbs, parsley and egg.

3Spoon mixture over cooked cauliflower.
