- 1 Large Head Cauliflower
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 dash Paprika
- 1 dash Cayenne
- 2 dashes Ground Pepper
Directions

1Wash and trim the cauliflower. Chop it coarsely into chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse until cauliflower is about the size of rice.

2Dice the onion finely and mince the garlic.

3In a large skillet, heat up coconut oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, saute onions until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute one more minute. Stir in cauliflower. Sprinkle in the spices and seasoning and continue to cook for about 8-10 minutes until cauliflower is soft.
