  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced green olives
  • 1/2 c. (16 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. (16 oz.) frozen peas
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
