  • 1 head uncooked cauliflower
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

    Break cauliflower into flowerets.

    Combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.

    Toss all ingredients except bacon together. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
