- 1 head uncooked cauliflower
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, thawed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Break cauliflower into flowerets.

2Combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.

3Toss all ingredients except bacon together. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.

4Add bacon just before serving.
