- 2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. egg whites
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg frozen cauliflower, thawed
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients.

2Place in 10x6x1-1/2 inch baking dish.

3Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm.
