  • 1 (10-1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. egg whites
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 (9 oz.) pkg frozen cauliflower, thawed

Directions

    Place in 10x6x1-1/2 inch baking dish.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm.
