Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 head cauliflower (cleaned and broken into small pieces)
  • 1 can Swanson chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 pt. Half and Half
  • 1/2 pt. light cream

Directions

    Cook cauliflower in salt water until tender; drain.

    Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over the cooked cauliflower.

    Simmer; salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into cups and add a hunk of butter.
