- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 1 chopped fresh parsley to taste
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
Directions
