- 1 x vegetable oil as needed
- 1 whole cauliflower florets
- 2 large egg yolks
- 8 ounces water iced
- 5 ounces flour, all-purpose plus extra for dredging
Directions

1Heat the oil to 375F (190C).

2Trim the cauliflower into bite-size florets.

3Whisk the egg yolk and water and then mix in the flour.

4Dredge the cauliflower in flour and then dip it into the batter.

5Fry until golden brown.

6Do not over crowd them.

7Fry them in batches if need be.
