- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- Romanoff lumpfish
Directions

1Mix the eggs and the mayonnaise together in a bowl.

2In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together.

3In an 8-inch spring-form pan, spread the egg mixture in the bottom. Sprinkle with the onion, then spread the sour cream mixture over top.

4Chill for 3 hours or overnight.

5To serve, sprinkle with caviar.
