- 12 oz. black jar caviar (3 Tbsp.)

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Carefully remove and sieve egg yolks.

3Blend butter; carefully stir in caviar and dash of pepper. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

4Garnish with parsley, if desired.
