  • 4 to 5 ears corn
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cut corn off cob.

    Melt butter in skillet and add corn, garlic, cayenne and salt.

    Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.

    Add milk and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
