- 4 to 5 ears corn
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cut corn off cob.

2Melt butter in skillet and add corn, garlic, cayenne and salt.

3Cook for a few minutes over medium heat.

4Add milk and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
