- 1 qt. pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 lb. bulk hot breakfast sausage
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 box pork flavored Shake 'n Bake
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Devine and deseed peppers.

3Make small slit down pepper; stuff with shredded cheese.

4Mix Bisquick and sausage thoroughly.

5Press small amount of sausage mixture into 3-inch diameter by 1/4-inch thick pancake.

6Make one pancake for each stuffed pepper.

7Mold pancake around stuffed pepper.

8In bowl, combine milk and egg.

9Dip each wrapped pepper in milk, then roll in Shake 'n Bake.

10Bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
