- 2 lb. mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, firm fish)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
- 2 cans green chilies, finely sliced
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- lime juice to cover (or mixture of lemon and lime juice)
- 2 ears of corn, cooked and chopped
- 2 sweet potatoes, cook
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except corn and sweet potatoes and refrigerate two hours.

2To serve place in a large dish.

3Garnish with the corn and sweet potatoes.
