- 250 grams chickpea flour
- water 1 lt.
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- rosemary twigs
- salt
- black peppercorns
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220C.

2Combine the chickpea flour with the water, stirring with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture rest for at least half a day.

3Add the extra virgin olive oil, the rosemary, and the pinch of salt.

4Place the mixture in a shallow baking pan greased with extra virgin olive oil. The bread should be 1/2 centimeter in thickness.

5Bake for approximately 40 minutes until golden.

6Serve cut into pieces, with freshly cracked pepper on top.
