  • 250 grams chickpea flour
  • water 1 lt.
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • rosemary twigs
  • salt
  • black peppercorns

    Preheat the oven to 220C.

    Combine the chickpea flour with the water, stirring with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture rest for at least half a day.

    Add the extra virgin olive oil, the rosemary, and the pinch of salt.

    Place the mixture in a shallow baking pan greased with extra virgin olive oil. The bread should be 1/2 centimeter in thickness.

    Bake for approximately 40 minutes until golden.

    Serve cut into pieces, with freshly cracked pepper on top.
