  • 1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
  • 2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

    Prepare gelatin in boiling water.

    Allow to cool before adding pineapple and sherbet.

    Fold in ice cream.

    Place in an 8 x 8-inch glass cake dish.
