- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 2 oz. almonds, drained
- 32 Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Boil celery for 7

2minutes in salt water and drain.

3Pour into a greased baking dish.

4Sprinkle water chestnuts on top.

5Brown almonds in butter.

6Crush crackers and add to buttered almonds. Pour soup over celery.

7Top with almond-crumb mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
