- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 36 Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 2 1/2 oz. almonds, sliced
Directions

1Melt butter; put 1/2 in baking dish.

2Boil celery for 5 minutes in salt water.

3Drain and put in baking dish.

4Place sliced chestnuts on top of celery.

5Pour soup over.

6Crunch crackers on top of soup, then almonds and butter on top.

7Bake in 7 x 10-inch baking dish at 350° for 35 minutes.
