- 2 gal. cukes, cut lengthwise
- 6 small onions, sliced in rings
- 6 ribs celery, sliced in strips
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Soak cukes, onions and celery in ice water for 2 hours. Drain.

2Pack in pint or quart jars.

3Combine mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar and water.

4Bring this liquid to boil and pour over cukes in jars.

5Add lids and rings.

6Place jars in a boiling water bath for 10 to 15 minutes.

7The jars should seal.
