  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat toast, crumbled
  • 1 onion, ground
  • 2/3 c. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. hot soy milk (blend 1/2 c. hot water with 5 Tbsp. soyagen)
