- 9/16 cup celery green fresh, leafs
- 4 3/8 tablespoons ground almonds finnely
- 2 3/8 tablespoons pinenuts
- salt to taste
- olive oil
Directions

1Place celery in a colander and wash well under a cold water. Put everything without the oil in the food processor and turn on high spead to reduce everything into almost purea. With the engine still on, start to add oil until it reaches the consistency of the original basil pesto. Transfer into a 330 gr sterilized jar. Keep in the refrigerator.
