- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
Directions

1Remove the leaves off and peel the strings from the celery.

2Cut the stalk diagonally 1 cm thick.

3Put the celery and salt in a bag and rub together until every piece of celery is mixed with salt evenly.

4Put sesame oil and soy sauce and rub together evenly.

5Tie the bag and chill in the fridge until it has cooled down about 1 hour.
