  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce

Directions

    Remove the leaves off and peel the strings from the celery.

    Cut the stalk diagonally 1 cm thick.

    Put the celery and salt in a bag and rub together until every piece of celery is mixed with salt evenly.

    Put sesame oil and soy sauce and rub together evenly.
  5. 5
    Tie the bag and chill in the fridge until it has cooled down about 1 hour.
