Celery Pinwheels

  • 1 medium stalk celery
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Clean celery and separate branches.

    Blend together the softened cream cheese with the Roquefort cheese.

    Add mayonnaise to make the mixture of spreading consistency and season with a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

    Fill the branches of celery with cheese mixture.

    Press branches back into the original form of the stalk.

    Roll in waxed paper and chill overnight in refrigerator. Just before serving, slice celery crosswise forming pinwheels. Arrange pinwheels on crisp lettuce for serving.
