- 2 celery roots
- 3 large white potatoes
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel celery roots and potatoes.

2Cut both into equal size quarters.

3Boil until soft.

4Drain and place in mixing bowl.

5Add butter, buttermilk and half of the cream.

6Mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve this instead of regular mashed potatoes for a new twist!
