- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 8 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Bake pie shell in 450° oven for 7 minutes.

2Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 325°.

3Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble in pie shell.

4Add cheese.

5Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon and cheese.

6Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until almost set in center.

7Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
