  • 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 pt. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix dry ingredients, onion and one half of the vinegar, place in blender, gradually add oil and rest of vinegar (important to keep from separating).

    Then add celery seed and beat until thick. Makes 1 quart, keeps well.
