  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salad Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Celery Seed
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Horseradish (optional)
  • 1/3 cups Vinegar
  • 1 cup Salad Oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except oil and half of the vinegar) in a blender or food processor on high. Pour oil in slowly. Add the rest of vinegar slowly.

    Pour over raw vegetables and chill before serving.

    Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks covered.
