  • 4 to 5 stalks celery (leaves included), cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 envelopes instant broth mix
  • 2 tsp. nonfat dry milk

Directions

    Cook celery until soft.

    Add broth mix.

    Pour into blender. Add milk and blend 10 to 15 seconds. Reheat and serve.
