Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup, dip and recipe mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    In medium bowl, stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed.

    Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors.

    Stir well.

    If desired, spoon into round bread bowl.

    Serve with cut up vegetables or chips. Try gourmet crackers.
