- 4 c. finely diced celery
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 bag stuffing croutons
Directions

1Simmer celery in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.

3Cook onion in butter; do not brown. Combine seasonings and croutons.

4Add celery, 1 cup celery liquid and onion.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Stuff body cavity of turkey or chicken.

7Cook turkey at 25 minutes per pound at 325°.

8Stuffing will fill a 10 to 14 pound turkey.
