- 2 cups diced celery, with leaves
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 12 cup minced onion
- 12 cup butter
- 4 quarts bread cubes
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon marjoram
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Saute onion in melted butter until soft, but not brown.

3Add celery and stir well.

4Add 2 cups bouillon mixture.

5Bring to a boil.

6Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

7Place bread cubes into large mixing bowl.

8Add eggs, salt, pepper, sage, thyme and marjoram.

9Add onion and celery mixture.

10Combine thoroughly.

11If still too dry, add more chicken broth.

12Makes enough to stuff a 10 to 15 pound turkey.
