  • 4 c. old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut (large flakes)
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds in hull (raw)
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed in hull (raw)
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. bran (Miller)
  • 1 c. slivered almonds in hull
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix together oil and honey.

    Put the first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix with oil and honey, then add cool water.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 225°.

    Add almonds and cook 1/2 hour longer.

    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.

    While warm, add raisins.
