Directions

   Melt butter in heavy pan.

   Stir in sugar 4 or 5 minutes until sugar melts.

   Mixture may separate.

   Cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

   Add cereal.

   Mix to coat quickly.

   Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Cool completely.

   Break into bite size pieces. Store in airtight container.
