Ingredients

  • 1 pound Calamari Fillet, Chopped
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 pound Scallops
  • Lime Or Lemon Juice Concentrate, Enough To Cover Seafood
  • 1 whole Tomato
  • 1 whole Red Onion (only Use Half)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 whole Serrano Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic

    Note: I have played around with different types of seafood, and my favorite combo is squid, scallops and shrimp.

    Take chopped calamari fillets, shrimp and scallops, and put in a bowl.

    Then add lemon or lime juice over the seafood until it is covered.

    Give it a good stir and then set aside while you work on the seasonings.

    The seasonings are simple: tomato, red onion, a handful of cilantro, serrano pepper, and garlic.

    Chop everything and add to the bowl containing the marinating seafood.

    Let it marinate overnight.

    Serve over lettuce leaves and enjoy!
