- 1 each Orange
- 1 each Onion
- 1 large Green olives
- 1 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3 Tomato
- 4 Avocado
- 2 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb Scallops
- 8 each Fish
Directions

1Put lime juice in a large bowl.

2Cut fish into cubes then chop onion and add to bowl with lime

3Add the scallops to the bowl and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs.

4Chop the cilantro, dice tomato and add to bowl.

5Add the rest of the ingredience.

6Add all together and serve.
