  • 50 Limes
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 each Orange
  • 1 each Onion
  • 1 large Green olives
  • 1 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tomato
  • 4 Avocado
  • 2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 8 each Fish

Directions

    Put lime juice in a large bowl.

    Cut fish into cubes then chop onion and add to bowl with lime
  3. 3
    Add the scallops to the bowl and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs.

    Chop the cilantro, dice tomato and add to bowl.

    Add the rest of the ingredience.

    Add all together and serve.
