- 1 qt. yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Drain yogurt overnight in cheesecloth placed in colander. Remove yogurt from cheesecloth and drain off water.

2To this add the cucumber (shredded) and also drained off water overnight, salt and pepper, dill, minced garlic and olive oil.

3Mix all well and refrigerate 3 to 6 hours.

4Serve with sesame bread sticks.
