- 1 lb bacon
- 14 lb dark brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Take a baking pan and line it with foil.

2Then place a rack on the foil and set aside.

3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

4Mix together the brown sugar and spices in a bowl.

5Cut the bacon in half so each original piece is now 2 pieces.

6Dredge the bacon pieces in the brown sugar mixture, coating well.

7Put each piece of bacon on the rack.

8Cook for 20-30 minutes.

9Use tongs to remove from the rack (they will be VERY hot!)

10and place on wax paper to cool.

11Can be frozen.
