  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 36 to 40 olives

Directions

    Grate cheese and let soften.

    Blend in butter and paprika. Work in flour until smooth and deep yellow color.

    Let stand for 15 minutes.

    Pinch 1 teaspoonful off; roll in palm and flatten. Place around a well drained olive.

    Chill for 10 minutes or freeze.

    Heat at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes, 30 if frozen.
