- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons instant chai tea latte mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions

1Combine 1/2 cup sugar and butter in bowl.

2Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

3Add egg, milk and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.

4Add flour and baking powder; beat, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

5Add 2 tablespoons chai mix; knead into dough, using hands, until well mixed.

6Divide dough in half; shape each half into 8-inch log.

7Wrap each in plastic food wrap.

8Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until firm.

9Heat oven to 375F.

10Combine 1/3 cup sugar and remaining chai mix in bowl; set aside.

11Cut logs into 1/8-inch slices with sharp knife.

12Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

13Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

14Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

15Sprinkle cookies with sugar mixture while warm.
