- 3 lb. pork loin roast
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 3 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in large pan.

2Cover with water.

3Cook 6 hours, covered, at low heat.

4Add water as needed.

5After 6 hours, take out bones and break up roast.

6Cook with lid about 1 hour. Serve this over corn chips and top Chalupa with grated cheese, chopped onions, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced avocado and taco sauce.
