- 3 to 4 lb. boneless beef or pork roast
- 1 lb. washed dry pinto beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 7 c. water (about)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 large bag of small size Fritos
- garnish (chopped green onions, cheese, olives, tomatoes, sour cream or lettuce)
Directions

1Put pork or beef roast, dry beans, onion, garlic, seasonings and water into large crock-pot.

2Cover and cook for at least 10 to 12 hours, on low setting, or until meat falls apart.

3Serve on top of small Fritos with your favorite garnish.

4Serves several.
