- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 3 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large 6 qt. pot and cover with water.

2Cook on high until boiling.

3Reduce heat and cook 6 hours. Remove bones and fat and tear meat.

4Cook 2 hours longer.

5Serve with corn chips, grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped onions, diced tomatoes and drizzle taco sauce on top.
