- 1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
- 1 avocado, mashed with enough oil and lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. picante sauce (or salsa)
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 layer chopped or sliced olives
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 small chopped onion
- grated Cheddar cheese to cover
Directions

1Mix beans with taco sauce over medium heat.

2Spread in bottom of serving dish that is 2 to 3-inches deep.

3Mix picante sauce with mashed avocado; spread on bean mixture.

4Add in layers the sour cream, olives, tomato, onion and finally cheese.

5Serve with Doritos, Fritos or tostados.

6You need a spoon to start, then chips.

7Do not make more than 1 hour ahead and do not refrigerate.
