- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 1/2 lb. pinto beans
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped into halves
- 2 pkg. chili seasonings
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt (1 Tbsp. to 1 lb. beans)
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Place roast in large roasting pan.

2Cover the roast with water. Then add all remaining ingredients.

3Cover and cook at 250° for 8 hours.

4Remove bones.

5(Meat should cook to pieces.)

6Stir meat mixture together.

7Serve over Doritos.

8Top with grated cheese, chopped onion, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, sliced ripe olives and picante sauce, if desired.

9Serves a large group.

10Can also be served with flour tortillas.
