  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 4 large eggs or 5 small
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained (red)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine cake mix, club soda, pudding mix, eggs and oil.

    Beat with mixer.

    Stir in (by spoon) the cherries, nuts and pineapple. Make three layers.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.
