  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • flour
  • nutmeg
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • 1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. Champagne
  • 1 bunch White grapes
  • scallions thinly sliced

Directions

    Dip chicken in a mixture of flour, nutmeg, white pepper and salt.

    Saute and brown chicken.

    Add mixture of cream of mushroom soup, champagne, white grapes and cook for 1 hour at 350°. Serve topped with white grapes and scallions.
