- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 2 sliced onions
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. beef consomme
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bottle champagne
Directions

1Mix together salt, black pepper and celery salt and rub inside and out of turkey.

5Roast for 30 minutes at 425°.

6Mix together onions, thyme, consomme, parsley and flour.

7Pour over turkey. Reduce oven to 325°.
