- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2/3 c. water

2Sift flour and salt, adding 2 tablespoons oil and 2/3 cup water.

4Knead until smooth and elastic, about 3 minutes.

5Divide into 12 equal pieces and form into balls.

6Roll into circles 6 to 7-inches; keep covered.

7Heat a cast-iron skillet and cook in ungreased skillet 1 minute on each side.

8Stack and cover with towel.
