Ingredients
- 12 ounces pork tenderloin
- 18 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry red wine
- 12 tablespoon brown sugar
- 12 tablespoons honey
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 garlic clove, crushed
- 12 green onion (sliced lengthwise)
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring (optional)
Directions

1Trim and discard fat from tenderloin.

2Combine all other ingredients except for the onion curls.

3Add pork, turning to coat.

4Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour or refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

5Drain pork, reserving marinade.

6Place pork on wire rack over baking pan.

7Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F. until done (about 45 minutes).

8Turn and baste frequently.

9Remove pork from oven and cool.

10Cut into diagonal slices and serve.
