- 4 club steaks, cut 1-inch thick
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Place steaks in shallow baking dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steaks, coating all sides.

3Marinate several hours in refrigerator, turning once.

4Place on grill and sear on both sides.

5Raise grill to about 5 inches from coals. Cook 15 minutes, turning once, or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
